The unit is a duplex with a lounge and kitchen on the first floor. The kitchen is fully fitted for self-catering and has a dining area seating 6 as well as a lounge with seating for 6 and a flat-screen TV and select DSTV, so there is no need to bring your own with. There is also unlimited Wi-Fi ( fibre ) with a smart box for you to stream from your own Netflix or YouTube account.

There is also a covered patio off the lounge, with a table and chairs, as well as a gas cooker braai, so you can enjoy a braai even if it’s raining.
The two bedrooms are on the second floor, of which the one is fitted with a king-sized bed, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet, and the second bedroom has two single beds. The second bathroom is fitted with a bath, basin and toilet.

Standing fans are provided in all the bedrooms.

The complex is secured with fencing and an automated gate and has a swimming pool with grass area and braais, as well as a games room.

There is also a communal washing machine and tumble dryer provided for your use.

Unfortunately additional parking is limited and is provided on a first come first serve basis, so please check with us before arriving with more than one vehicle.
All linen and towels are provided, just bring with your own beach towels.

The complex is also pet-friendly with permission.

A breakage deposit of R 1000.00 is required per booking, which will be refunded within 7 working days of your departure, provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order.

Please report any discrepancies or damages in the unit to our office within 12 working hours.

The unit is strictly non-smoking and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the forfeiture of your deposit in order to steam clean curtains, carpets and furniture.

Should we find that there are more guests staying in the unit than what we quoted on; or that the number exceeds the total allowed capacity; your deposit will be forfeited.

Pets are allowed with prior permission.

Please further be advised that this unit has a smart TV, select DSTV and unlimited Wi-Fi.
Please bring with beach towels. All bed linen and bath towels are provided.
A complimentary toilet paper and guest soap is provided, but because this unit is self-catering this must be replenished at your own cost. Please also remember to bring with dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials you may want to use.
Cleaning services can be arranged for you between 8h30 to 14h30, excluding weekends and public holidays. This must please be booked through our office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid to us upfront and not directly to the cleaner. Please also note that this service is subject to the availability of resources, especially during peak seasons.
